Benko Armchair

The Benko is a stylish modern interpretation of the classic Bentwood with a much softer lighter aesthetic. The traditional styling and gentle lines give it a strong visual presence, and the Hand woven backrest, with a strong Art Nouveau influence, gives the chair a character and a strong visual detail, which also helps to provide a higher level of comfort and support. The chair also has the option of a fully upholstered seat pad which can custom upholstered in any house upholstery or in any client-selected material. The frame is available in natural beech, or in a range of different timber-stain finishes.
Handmade in Italy using traditional skills and techniques, the Benko chair, with its unique blend of classic and modern design will lend a striking sophisticated and traditional look to cafes and restaurants.
